About Legora
Legora is an enterprise legal AI workspace for law firms and corporate legal teams, previously branded Leya. The current system combines an Agent for orchestrating multistep matters, Tabular Review for structured review of document collections, citation-linked Legal Research, an Editor for drafting and Word exports, and related collaboration and monitoring workflows. Lawyers can use organizational precedents, playbooks and connected document systems as context. The Agent can propose and carry out workflows, but legal professionals remain responsible for checking sources, privileged information, contract interpretation and completed work. Legora is sold through a sales-led demonstration rather than a public self-serve price card. The vendor has not published a dependable fixed per-user monthly price or standard free-plan entitlement on the opened material; deployment scope, permissions, integration setup, geography, data governance and contract terms should be established in a proposal. In October 2026 Legora described an ecosystem of more than 30 integrations across document management, data rooms and legal workflows, which may vary by configuration. Its security page states ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and SOC 2 Type II standing, but a buyer handling privileged matters should request the current assurance materials and its own signed terms. The best fit is a serious legal practice with repeatable review and research workflows, many confidential documents and staff available for quality control. A solo professional wanting a low-cost general chatbot or an unreviewed automatic legal opinion is a poor fit. Toolbaaz has not run tasks in Legora. User sentiment cited here is limited to a small number of attributable G2 reviews; the older Leya listing is not pooled into the current product rating.
Best for
Law firms and in-house legal departments reviewing document sets, drafting legal work and reusing organizational knowledge with accountable lawyer oversight.
Legora pros and cons
Pros
- Tabular Review puts document-by-document answers into a source-linked matrix rather than an opaque summary.
- Legal research can display original cited sources for lawyer verification and jurisdiction-specific work.
- Agent, drafting and collaboration tools support a multi-stage legal workflow under professional review.
- Document-system and knowledge integrations can reuse existing precedents and permission models when configured.
- Vendor reports ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2 Type II and no customer-document training of foundation models.
Cons
- −No standard self-serve subscription price or itemized entitlement sheet was publicly established; procurement requires a custom quote.
- −Lawyer review remains essential for citations, jurisdictional nuance, redlines and client-ready work.
- −Integration permissions, data location, tenant controls and rollout effort require institution-specific due diligence.
- −G2 current Legora review sample is relatively small (16); old Leya reviews do not represent a fresh product audit.
- −Legal-specific scope and enterprise adoption process are excessive for casual AI writing or one-off document needs.

Pricing at a glance
USD/INR not reliably disclosed: demo-led quote for law firms and legal teams. Seat counts, workflow modules, connectors, jurisdiction coverage, storage, onboarding, annual commitments and support must be requested in a written proposal; the public demo page does not state a fixed monthly or annual total.
Public Legora book-a-demo page allows an evaluation discussion but does not establish a free subscription or time-limited trial entitlement. Ask sales for sandbox access and permission restrictions.
